1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to JJJI Studio’s Cross Together iPhone app (com.jjjistudio.crosstogether) and this page. Effective October 6, 2026. Operator and privacy contact: JJJI Studio, [email protected].
2. Local game data
The game has no accounts, sign-in, in-app purchases or online leaderboards. Progress, stars, hints, boat selection, resume data, language and sound preferences are stored in app storage. Recent gameplay records and ad counters/intervals are handled locally and are not automatically sent to a developer server. We use no separate analytics SDK. iOS backup or device migration may back up and restore app data. The developer cannot access your local files or restore them through an account.
3. Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob rewarded and interstitial ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Hint and solution ads are optional. Outside the first world and tutorial, interstitials may appear when moving to the next stage after completion, subject to count and time limits. They are not displayed at startup, exit, failure or retry. Ads may preload when consent status allows, so SDK communication can occur before you press an ad button. Core puzzles can be played without choosing ad rewards.
4. Google SDKs and iOS privacy settings
Google may process or share with ad providers IP addresses and inferred approximate location, device or app-scoped identifiers, app/ad interactions, ads viewed, and performance/crash diagnostics for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and consent management. Processing depends on region, consent and device settings. The initial iOS version does not request ATT tracking authorization; it requests non-personalized ads and disables Google publisher first-party ID. These settings do not eliminate all data processing. Apple SKAdNetwork may measure ad-install attribution. The app does not request contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise GPS permissions.
5. Consent and choices
UMP refreshes consent status at launch and displays a consent form where required. The ad SDK initializes only when ad requests are permitted. In applicable regions, the privacy choices button in Settings reopens available ad privacy options. Declining choices may not remove processing needed for ad delivery or security. Ads and ad rewards require a network connection; core puzzles work offline.
6. Deletion, retention and rights
Deleting the app can remove local app data; iOS offloading may preserve it. Manage device, computer and iCloud backups separately. Restoring a backup may restore progress. Removing the app does not automatically delete information already processed by Google; its policies and settings govern retention/deletion. We keep support information only as needed to respond and resolve issues, then delete it unless a legal retention obligation applies. Applicable rights such as access, correction, deletion and restriction may be requested by email.
7. Age, inquiries and international processing
The game is intended for ages 13 and above; higher protection ages may apply locally. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information in an inquiry. Gmail processes your reply address, message and voluntarily attached files for support. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Google, Gmail and Cloudflare may process information outside your country. Their policies describe relevant entities, locations and safeguards.
8. This page and changes
Cloudflare may process IP and request information for hosting and security. We have added no advertising/analytics tags or tracking scripts to this policy page. Reading it is not consent to advertising. We update the effective date and policy when features, SDKs or processing change.
