가로·세로 숫자는 무슨 뜻인가요?

숫자는 해당 줄에서 연속으로 칠해야 하는 칸의 개수입니다. 예를 들어 3 1은 세 칸을 연속으로 칠하고, 최소 한 칸을 비운 뒤 한 칸을 칠한다는 뜻입니다. 숫자 순서와 가로·세로 조건을 함께 만족해야 합니다. 처음이라면 5×5 연습 퍼즐부터 시작해 보세요.

진행 상황은 어디에 저장되나요?

진행 상황과 설정은 사용 중인 기기에 저장됩니다. 같은 기기에서 앱을 다시 열어 이어서 플레이할 수 있습니다. 별도의 계정이나 기기 간 자동 동기화 기능은 없습니다.

기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 삭제하면 복원할 수 있나요?

iOS·iPadOS의 백업과 기기 이전 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 복원될 수 있지만, 앱 자체의 계정 복구나 수동 백업 내보내기는 제공하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 데이터가 지워질 수 있으므로 문제 해결을 위해 먼저 삭제하지 마세요. 백업에서 복원되는지는 백업 상태와 Apple의 복원 절차에 따라 달라집니다. 게임 내 기록 초기화는 이미 해제한 명화를 유지합니다.

힌트는 어떻게 받나요?

날짜가 바뀐 뒤 게임에서 확인하면 힌트가 5개 미만일 때 5개까지 채워집니다. 이미 가진 힌트가 5개 이상이면 그대로 유지됩니다. 선택형 보상 광고를 끝까지 보고 완료 처리가 되면 힌트 3개를 추가로 받을 수 있습니다.

광고를 불러올 수 없다고 나와요.

광고에는 인터넷 연결이 필요하며, 연결 상태·광고 재고·지역·동의 상태에 따라 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 연결 상태를 확인하고 잠시 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요. 설정의 광고 동의 설정에서 상태를 확인할 수도 있습니다. 광고 없이도 이미 열린 퍼즐은 계속 플레이할 수 있습니다.

광고를 봤는데 보상을 받지 못했어요.

중간에 광고를 닫으면 보상이 지급되지 않습니다. 완료했는데도 지급되지 않았다면 발생 시간, 요청한 보상, 표시된 오류와 앱 버전을 이메일로 알려주세요. 광고를 반복 재생하거나 광고 안의 링크를 클릭할 필요는 없습니다.

연령대나 광고 동의 선택을 바꾸고 싶어요.

앱 설정에서 연령대와 광고 동의 설정을 확인하세요. 연령대는 만 18세 미만 또는 만 18세 이상으로 구분하며 정확한 생년월일은 입력하지 않습니다. 광고 처리 중에는 연령 변경이 제한되고 이후 요청에 적용됩니다. 표시되는 동의 선택 화면은 지역과 Google의 동의 상태에 따라 달라집니다.

소리가 나지 않거나 화면이 멈췄어요.

앱의 소리 설정과 기기의 음량·무음 상태를 확인해 주세요. 화면이 멈추면 앱을 다시 열고, 계속되면 발생 순서와 기기 정보를 보내 주세요. 진행 상황을 보존하려면 앱 삭제나 기록 초기화부터 시도하지 마세요.

What do the row and column numbers mean?

Each number is the length of a continuous group of filled squares in that line. For example, 3 1 means three filled squares, at least one empty square, and then one filled square. Keep the groups in the listed order and satisfy both row and column clues. Start with the 5×5 practice puzzle if you are new to nonograms.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress and settings are stored on your device. Reopen the app on the same device to continue. There is no account system or automatic synchronization between devices.

Can I restore progress after changing devices or deleting the app?

App data may be restored through iOS or iPadOS backup and device transfer, depending on your settings and available backup. The game does not offer account-based recovery or manual backup export. Deleting the app can erase local progress, so please do not delete it as your first troubleshooting step. Recovery depends on the backup and Apple’s restore process. The in-game progress reset keeps paintings you have already unlocked.

How do I get hints?

When the game checks on a new day, a balance below five hints is topped up to five. A balance of five or more is kept. You can also choose to finish a rewarded ad for three additional hints, granted after successful completion.

Why can’t an ad load?

Ads need an internet connection. Availability depends on your connection, ad inventory, region and consent status. Check your connection and try again later. You can also check ad consent choices in Settings. Already unlocked puzzles remain playable without ads.

I watched an ad but did not receive a reward.

Closing an ad before completion does not grant a reward. If you finished it but received nothing, email the time, requested reward, error message and app version. You do not need to replay ads repeatedly or click links inside an ad.

How do I change my age group or ad consent?

Open the app’s settings to review your age group and ad consent choices. The categories are Under 18 and 18 or older; no exact birth date is requested. Age changes are unavailable during an ad operation and apply to later requests. Available consent forms depend on your region and Google consent status.

There is no sound, or the app has stopped responding.

Check the app’s sound settings and your device volume and silent mode. Reopen the app if the screen freezes. If the issue continues, send us the steps and your device details. To preserve progress, do not start by deleting the app or resetting progress.
